CR-200 Welding Rotator with PU / Steel wheels for vessels fabrication
✧ Introduction
1.Conventional rotator consists of one drive rotator unit with motor, one idler free turning unit, steel frame basis, and electric control system.
2.All the drive and idler unit with PU material roller wheels, it will ensure long time using life.
3.Steel material roller wheels is available for special request.
4.All the PU wheels or Steel wheel will be fixed by grade 12.9 bolts on the basis.
5.Remote hand control box with Turning Forward, Turning Reverse, Turning speed display, Pause, E-stop and Reset functions.
6.For this heavy duty welding rollers, we also supply the wireless hand control box in 30m distance signal receiver.
Motorized traveling basis or Hydraulic jack up growing lines are all available.
