✧ Introduction
1.Load capacity 5Ton welding positioner with 2 strong tilting gear for motorized tilting.
2.This 2 motorized axis welding positioner with 1500mm table diameter.
3.Table rotation in 360° and tilting in 0 - 90° to ensure the workpiece move to the best position for welding.
4.Rotation speed is digital display and controlled by VFD. Speed adjustable on remote hand control box according to the welding demands.
5.We also supply the welding chucks for pipe flanges welding.
6.Fixed height type positioner, horizontal rotation table and manual or hydraulic 3 axis height adjustment positioners are all available .

1.Remote Hand control box with Rotation speed display, Rotation Forward , Rotation Reverse, Tilting Up, Tilting Down, Power Lights and Emergency Stop functions.
2. Main electric cabinet with power switch,Power Lights, Alarm , Reset functions and Emergency Stop functions.
3.Foot pedal to control the rotation direction.
4.We also add one additional Emergency stop button on the machine body side, this will ensure the work can stop the machine at the first time once any accident occur.
5.All our control system with CE approval to European market.
